Malfoy is derived from the French “mal foi”, meaning “badly faith” or “unfaithful”. In law, “bad faith” refers to a case in which a malicious motive on the part of a party in a lawsuit undermines their case. This would be relevant to the general cruel natures displayed by Lucius and Draco as well as Narcissa. In existentialism, “bad faith” is a philosophical concept in which people blame their own failures on external factors, thus denying responsibility for their actions. Also, this most likely refers to the Malfoys’ tendency to switch their loyalties to avoid danger or punishment, rather than steadfastly supporting their presented views.

‘No,’ said Ron seriously, ‘I mean we should tell them to get out. We don’t want any more Dobbys, do we? We can’t order them to die for us –’
There was a clatter as the Basilisk fangs cascaded out of Hermione’s arms. Running at Ron, she flung them around his neck and kissed him full on the mouth. Ron threw away the fangs and broomstick he was holding and responded with such enthusiasm that he lifted Hermione off her feet.
‘Is this the moment?’ Harry asked weakly, and when nothing happened except that Ron and Hermione gripped each other still more firmly and swayed on the spot, he raised his voice. ‘OI! There’s a war going on here!’ Ron and Hermione broke apart, their arms still around each other.
‘I know, mate,’ said Ron, who looked as though he had recently been hit on the back of the head with a Bludger, ‘so it’s now or never, isn’t it?’

April 13: Kendall at the LACOSTE Beautiful Desert Pool Party (HQs)
This is called a nath, a traditional Indian/South Asian piece of jewelry, usually worn during weddings or cultural celebrations that have to do with the South Asian culture.
Regardless of how ‘cute’ or ‘flawless’ Kendall may look here, her wearing the nath is cultural appropriation and it’s not something she really has the right to wear. Her wearing it as a casual daily piece of jewelry is disrespectful to the history and meaning behind the nath and it shouldn’t be something that should be praised or encouraged.
